Help us shape the future of primary and social care in Sunderland
Mon 07th August 20170
- Do you have a keen interest in health and social care services in Sunderland?
- Can you give a little of your time to reading documents and attending a meeting in Sunderland once every two months?
If you answered YES to these questions, then you might just be the sort of person we’re looking for to help establish our Public Patient and Carers Panel (PPCP).
Since September 2015, health and social care services in Sunderland have joined together with other providers, including third sector partners, to reshape and deliver a new way of working under an NHS ‘vanguard’ programme known as ‘All Together Better’.
Based on what we have learned over the last few years, the proposed MCP will bring significant benefits to service delivery and we want to ensure we bring communities with us on this journey of change.
To achieve this we are seeking to develop a Public Patient and Carers Panel (PPCP).
The PPC Panel will serve as an important reference group for both the vanguard programme (All Together Better) in its final year, but crucially the ongoing development of a proposed MCP.
Closing date noon Wednesday 23 August, 2017
Interviews will take place week beginning 28 August, 2017
